Progress Elbow Splint Youth ( Nc25650 ) (Reference #PR25650)
enlarge image	Encourage progressive range of motion at the elbow by recontouring the splint for optimal positioning. Fabricated from the same dense foam and compatible hook fabric cover as our Progress Hand Splints. The metal frame allows custom contouring of the trough sections and positioning of the elbow from full extension to 90° flexion. Use for serial static splinting to reduce contractures or for static positioning following trauma or surgery. Ideal for comfortable night-time positioning to relieve nerve compression symptoms. To size, measure the circumference at the mid-humerus. Each elbow splint includes a set of straps with matching D-ring buckles and hook/loop strap tabs. The paediatric elbow splint also includes a paediatric olecranon pad. The buckles allow for firmer counterforce strapping. The two centre straps may be crossed for additional support at the elbow. The Youth/Adult Olecranon Pad, sold separately, is made of dense foam and compatible hook fabric. When used with the adult and youth sizes of the Progress Elbow Splints, the Olecranon Pad adds cushioned counterforce at the elbow.
